SHIPPING

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal (the Azores, Madeira, Ceuta and Melilla Islands are excluded).

Shipments in the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) will be made through an urgent transport agency within 24/48 hours and will cost €5 for national destinations and €9 for Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira Islands).

Shipments to the Balearic Islands will be made through an urgent transport agency within 48/72 hours at a cost of €12.

For shipments outside these areas, please contact us at contacto@doctorcutillas.com. Outside the national territory, customs expenses will be applied, if any.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS.

All orders placed on www.doctorcutillas.com are subject to the availability of the items at the time of purchase. If any of the items in your order is out of stock, we will inform you immediately, giving you the option to replace it with a similar item. If you do not want to replace the item with another, we will proceed to refund the amount you have paid within 14 days.
