We accept payment with credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard. and Maestro Payment is made through the 100% secure payment gateway. This payment gateway uses data encryption that guarantees your security. We do not handle or store bank data, but they are processed by the banks to which we redirect the payments of your purchases.
You can choose the PayPal option as a payment method. Entering your data if you have a PayPal account or entering as a guest if you do not have one.
Registration is not necessary. You can place an order in the online store as a guest, but if you plan to shop on a regular basis, we recommend registering as it will save you time when you order again in the Dr Cutillas online store.
Click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? Put your email with which you registered and we will send you a message to recover your password.
From Monday to Thursday, orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (Spain time) will be processed and sent the next day (provided it is a business day). On Friday, orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (Spanish time) will be processed and sent on Monday (provided it is a working day), as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday.
Shipping costs are calculated on the process just before payment.

For shipments outside the areas indicated in the Shipping Policy, contact us at atencionalcliente@doctorcutillas.com.
Outside the national territory, customs expenses will be applied if any.
If your order has not left our facilities, you can make any changes by contacting us through the following email: atencionalcliente@doctorcutillas.com. Once the order has been shipped, you must proceed to make a return when you receive it.
