* During the months of August and December the processing times will be affected by the holiday period. The deadline days will be respected.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, DC CALZADOS SL accepts the possibility of returning or exchanging an item as long as this is done within 30 calendar days after receiving the item at your home.

To return or exchange a product, it must be in its original packaging, with its labels, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must accompany the receipt or proof of purchase.

For orders placed in Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The item will be sent back to our facilities exclusively through the transport agency contracted by Doctor Cutillas, using the same address to which the item was delivered for pickup.

For orders placed in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe, the item will be returned to our facilities through the carrier chosen by the customer, assuming the corresponding expenses, both transportation and customs expenses and taxes.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted after 30 days after receipt. They will also not be accepted if the item is damaged, delivered outside of its original packaging or has been used.

In case of defective products or erroneous shipments, the return costs will be borne by DC CALZADOS. For the rest of the exchanges and returns, the return costs will be borne by the buyer/customer.

How to make an exchange or return?

To make an exchange or return you must send an email to atencionalcliente@doctorcutillas.com indicating:


- ORDER NUMBER.

- ITEM YOU WANT TO RETURN.

- REASON FOR RETURN.

DC CALZADOS will not accept exchanges if the product is not presented in perfect condition, the product packaging is not the original or is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must be protected so that it is received in perfect condition.

In the case of a size change or change of model/color, after making the return you must place a new order with the desired size or model/color.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

At DC CALZADOS we are very sorry if any of the items in your order have not arrived in perfect condition. If once you receive your order you detect any anomaly, please contact us by email atencionalcliente@doctorcutillas.com or by calling 966 662 504, where we will try to give you the best solution. The incident must be reported to DC CALZADOS within a maximum period of 72 hours after receiving the item at your home.

After receiving the item at our facilities and being inspected, we will give you a response within 48 hours. In the event that there really is an anomaly, you will be given the option of replacing your item with another new item or proceeding to a refund of the amount.

REFUND

In case of withdrawal on your part, once the items arrive at our facilities and are checked to verify that they are in the same conditions as they were sent, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will proceed to pay you the payments you have made, minus the return shipping costs, as indicated above.

How and when will I receive the refund?

After verification of the returned items and once the return is effective, you will receive the amount through the same payment method used in your purchase in an estimated time of 15 days, depending on your bank.
