Shipping policy

From Monday to Thurday, orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (Spain time) will be processed and sent the next day (provided it is a business day). On Friday, orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (Spanish time) will be processed and sent on Monday (provided it is a business day), as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday. (These processing days may be affected during the months of August and December due to holiday periods. Orders with customs processing will be prepared at the end of the holiday period).

For shipments outside of these areas, please contact us via email atencionalcliente@doctorcutillas.com. Outside the national territory, customs charges will be applied, if any.

All orders placed in www.doctorcutillas.com are subject to the availability of the items at the time of purchase. If any of the items in your order are not in stock, we will inform you immediately, giving you the option to replace them with a similar item.
