To return or exchange a product, it must be in its original packaging, with its tags, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must accompany the receipt or proof of purchase. The item will be sent back to our facilities exclusively through the transport agency contracted by Doctor Cutillas, using the same address where the item was delivered for collection. Changes and returns will not be accepted after 30 days after receipt. They will also not be accepted if the item is damaged, delivered outside of its original packaging or has been used.
In case of defective products or erroneous shipments, the return costs will be borne by DC CALZADOS. For the rest of the changes and returns, the return costs will be borne by the buyer/customer.
How to make a change or return?
To make a change or return, you must contact us at the following email address contacto@doctorcutillas.com or by calling 966 662 504 where they will indicate the steps to follow. Once the return has been requested, we will collect the items at the same address in which they were delivered.
DC CALZADOS will not accept changes if the product is not presented in perfect condition, the product packaging is not the original or is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must be protected so that it is received in perfect condition.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

In case of withdrawal on your part, once the items arrive at our facilities and are checked to verify that they are in the same conditions as when they were sent, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will proceed to refund the payments you have made, discounting the return postage as detailed in our return policies. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
How and when will I receive the refund?
After verifying the returned items and once the refund is effective, you will receive the amount through the same payment method used in your purchase in an estimated time of 15 days, depending on your bank.
The previously detailed transport costs will be deducted, if any, for the return of the amount of the item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
From DC CALZADOS we are very sorry if any of the items in your order has not arrived in perfect condition. If, after receiving your order, you detect any anomaly, please contact us by email at contacto@doctorcutillas.com or by calling 966 662 504, where we will try to give you the best solution. The incident must be reported to DC CALZADOS within a maximum period of 72 hours after receiving the item at home.
After receiving the item in our facilities and being reviewed, we will give you an answer about it within 48 hours. In the event that there really is an anomaly, you will be given the option of replacing your item with a new item or proceeding to refund the amount.
